Tony is known for advancing collaboration among CISOs and fostering pragmatic, people-first security practices.
Theodore Peterson
Theodore combines strategic leadership with decades of experience in compliance, data protection, and privacy governance. As CISO at Datasite and a board member of MinnesotaCISO, he champions collaboration and transparency among peers. His focus on process improvement and security frameworks helps organizations adapt confidently to new technologies and threats.
Milinda Rambel Stone
Milinda blends hands-on leadership with a passion for cybersecurity education. As a Fractional CISO and adjunct faculty member in Dakota State University’s Cyber Defense PhD program, she helps shape both enterprise strategies and future talent. Her work spans cloud security, DevSecOps, and risk management — always anchored in practical guidance for teams navigating rapid change.
