Join Quilr and a select group of Minneapolis-area CISOs for a relaxed discussion on how AI is reshaping identity, trust, and the way security teams guide human behavior — exploring the practical realities of managing data protection, policy, and culture as AI becomes part of everyday work.
The discussion will be led by three Minnesota security leaders who bring both enterprise experience and a shared commitment to education, mentorship, and community collaboration.

Tony leads security at Land O’Lakes and chairs the Inspire Minnesota CISO Chapter, helping connect and mentor security leaders across the region. With deep experience in cybersecurity, identity governance, and M&A, he brings a balanced view of business and risk. Tony is known for advancing collaboration among CISOs and fostering pragmatic, people-first security practices.

Theodore combines strategic leadership with decades of experience in compliance, data protection, and privacy governance. As CISO at Datasite and a board member of MinnesotaCISO, he champions collaboration and transparency among peers. His focus on process improvement and security frameworks helps organizations adapt confidently to new technologies and threats.

Milinda blends hands-on leadership with a passion for cybersecurity education. As a Fractional CISO and adjunct faculty member in Dakota State University’s Cyber Defense PhD program, she helps shape both enterprise strategies and future talent. Her work spans cloud security, DevSecOps, and risk management — always anchored in practical guidance for teams navigating rapid change.
