Milinda Rambel Stone

Fractional CISO | Adjunct Faculty, Dakota State University

Milinda blends hands-on leadership with a passion for cybersecurity education. As a Fractional CISO and adjunct faculty member in Dakota State University’s Cyber Defense PhD program, she helps shape both enterprise strategies and future talent. Her work spans cloud security, DevSecOps, and risk management — always anchored in practical guidance for teams navigating rapid change.
